Slewing Bearing

Parts in bearing mechanical equipment

Bearing is an important part of contemporary mechanical equipment. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy.

The slewing bearing is composed of inner ring, outer ring, steel ball, and spacer block. It has a compact structure and light weight, four point contact between steel ball and arc raceway; it can bear directional, radial and moment loads. The four-point contact ball slewing bearing usually has a cage (or spacer block), the full-complement ball structure is only used when the load is large. The full-complement ball four-point contact ball bearing has a large bearing capacity, but a large friction resistance. The four-point contact ball slewing bearings are used in construction machinery such as rotary conveyors, small and medium cranes and excavators.
