How to improve the performance of motor bearings during production

Bearings are important selection components in motors. If the performance of bearings can be improved during the production process, the performance of motors can be improved at the same time. I hope that the following introductions will help you understand the countermeasures for improving the performance of motor bearings.
Motor bearing, is a special type of bearing specially used in motors . The bearing used in the motor is a part that supports the shaft. It can guide the rotation of the shaft and can also withstand idle parts on the shaft.
There are six major points to improve the performance of motor bearings during the production process:
1. The motor assembly site must be clean. After the bearing is greased, no dust is allowed on the site. The parts and components matched with the bearings must be strictly inspected before assembly, and any small point cannot be ignored. For example, if there is no fillet at the shaft where the shaft fits with the bearing, there will be stress concentration during operation and the shaft will be twisted. If the fillet is too large or it is not in place during grinding, the interference of inner ring will be excessive when the bearing is installed, or the bearing cannot be in place, which is the cause of premature bearing damage.
2.Dynamic balance quality is a crucial factor affecting bearing life. The larger the motor, the higher the speed, and a higher quality requirements for dynamic balance.
3.Bearing - related parts - the coaxiality of the base, end cover, rotor,   inner and outer covers of bearing should be good, and ensure that the motor is not damaged during the operation due to the deformation of the parts.
4.The machining accuracy of bearing-related parts should be high. Because the processing accuracy of the bearing itself is very high, and when the bearing cooperates with related parts, a small interference will cause damage to the bearing. Practice has proved that using a CNC machine tool with a "fixed-size tool" processing bearing room can control the tolerance within the range of about 0.02mm.
5.The roughness of the joint with the inner and the outer ring should also be increased as much as possible, otherwise, after multiple disassembly and assembly to wear off the "knife peak" of the metal processing, the original designed tolerance will also change.
6.Appropriate amount of grease, otherwise the bearing will become hot. If the temperature is higher than 40 degree, a special grease should be used.
